« Obtaining entry information was challenging. There were several household items in need of repair (a curtain rod, a chair, and an outdoor chair). Most disappointing was that we had to check out a day early because of an impending snowstorm that would create hazardous road conditions. I advised our host and requested a full or partial refund, which was declined. However, VRBO did provide an immediate refund for that early departure, which I am grateful for. « Owner gave a pass code to get into the property thru the front door. The same pass code was used to access bedroom doors inside but those locks were troublesome and didn't seem to work as intended. We learned to never close the doors to avoid the issue. In general everything appeared clean. However, our one year old ended up with very black hands and knees after crawling on the floors.
