I’ve emailed the agent twice, and received no reply, even though two items were considered dangerous. I tripped on obviously loose planks on the balcony and my grandson stepped on a nail, which went through his foot which was bleeding. Right next to where he got out of the car, there was a whole plank of wood with many large nails sticking out. As stated, Weekenda ignored my emails, which I resent but heard nothing back. I offered to send photos of both problems, including my poor grandson’s injured foot. We were shocked there was no air conditioning in either bedroom and have no idea how guests cope with the cold in winter, with not even an electric blanket. Thank goodness the extreme temperatures were on the way down by the first night Also no oven, after we had brought expensive seafood which required cooking in the non existent oven. At these prices you would expect the above as a minimum requirement and even a box of tissues would have been nice. Very disappointed, but most concerning was the lack of interest in the dangerous items. Not sure who to now contact about this.
