« The property is across the board walk from the beach, so couldn't be easier to enjoy the huge sands and ocean. The home itself has a terrific view with the beach side wall being all glass, with a glassed in balcony. Everything you need contained within, high beamed ceiling, comfy seating, and a fully contained kitchen. Our four footed family loved the walks on the beach before 10 and after 4:30. The street is nice and quiet and you can walk across Balboa to get to the beach very easily. Also, the beach around ninth street and around there is not too crowded. The previous reviews were very helpful in knowing that you had to walk through the master bedroom, if you wanted to use the bathroom from the bunk room at night. That was not a big deal for us...
