Family get away

Perfect house and location

The house is absolutely beautiful and exactly as what it’s shown in the pictures. All the rooms were impeccable, spacious, decor is on point!!! Location is perfect - everything is within 10 mins away.. lots of restaurants, ice cream places, beach is 4 mins (drive) down the road. We look forward to coming back next year - felt like if we were at home! My 9y/o and 6y/o daughters loved the house!!

Great house near Newport

The house was just what we needed, it had a lot of space and the setup was great. Well stocked and in a great location! There was one issue that popped up with the house before we checked in, but the host communicated well and worked to make it right. We'd definitely stay again.

This is our third time renting this house. The owner is always easily accessible when needed. The house is gorgeous and easily sleeps eight or nine people. Easy access to the beach and to downtown Newport.

Cute house, conveniently located near the beach

This is our second time staying at the property. It is perfect for our large group of nine people, including adults and teens. The space is bright and cheerful with plenty of room. The host is very responsive. The house had everything we needed to prepare most of our meals.

Lovely home with all you need for a great vacation.

Lovely home with all you need for a great vacation. This was my first time using Vrbo, and everything went smoothly. The house was beautiful and had everything mentioned in the description. It was a quick drive to beaches and to Newport. We especially loved having a sitting area downstairs as well as a deck upstairs as our group was large. Plenty of room for the teenagers to be on their own and some privacy for my husband and me.

Very cleanly, well stocked, awesome decor, very cozy!! Loved the retro kitchen items. Very spacious bathroom, lots of towels!! Comfy beds. We LOVED the 2nd floor balcony overlooking baseball field and you could see the ocean from it!!!

Incredibly clean and tastefully decorated

This was one of the best VRBO’s that we have stayed in. Quiet dead end street, clean upon arrival, tasteful decor, and fully stocked with essentials as if you were staying in a hotel. I really appreciated the cleanliness. Side note- for families…. You can walk to a playground! That was a nice bonus when there is some down time in the morning or evening after the beach.

Family vacation

House was a great size for our group. Lovely bedrooms. Great view from the top deck. Even though the weather was too wet for a great beach week, there was an amazing playground behind the house for my pre-K kids. Host provided lots of toiletries and towels. We did have to move the slippery rugs and table right away as they were hazardous to young kids. Walkable to the beach and great restaurants through the playground to a sidewalk.

Great Spot Right Near The Beach

This is was a fantastic spot for friends, family and I to stay right near the beach. It might look small from the pictures but it easily fit all 8 of us. We loved this house! Everything is well curated, the rooms have large roomy closets, high ceilings, temperature control, and luggage racks! We comfortably slept 7 people and had extra bed space. The outdoor spaces were comfy and cute! It felt more like a luxury boutique hotel than house rental. Highly recommend and the host was so communicative.
