„Great experience overall. The condo is connected to a restaurant/bar so there were times where we could hear noises coming from what we assumed was the kitchen. It was not a ‘keep you up all night’ type of situation but just be aware for people who are sensitive to noise. “

„The location was perfect, we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. When we reached out for help with the check in they were very helpful and accommodating. The space was nice and the bed slept great. We did see some dust/cobwebs and the rain shower head could use a good cleaning. However, We would definitely stay here again. “

„Condo was clean, well furnished, and in a good location. However, there was no view and no access to the outside from the condo. Back windows faced a shed and alley with trash cans. We found out that only the one bedroom units face the street and have a balcony as seen in the picture. The shared roof was at the top of a long staircase. The roof was hot and uncomfortable in the sun. View of the bay was blocked by tree tops. The town itself was very nice. We enjoyed shopping and restaurants. “

"Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Newport News was one of the worst on our US roadtrip. We had to change rooms during our 2 day stay because of non-working door-locks. The entire facility is poorly maintained. Bedlinen are dirty, all family members had bites from bedbugs all over their bodies after our stay there. Rooms are not well cleaned, ACs are dirty and full of dust. Breakfast is average, nothing special. Cannot compare to Holiday Inn Hotels here in Europe, a house like this would have had its operating licence revoked long ago here."
