„lovely place. totally met our needs.“

„Location was great to Newton & Hickory, just miles from restaurants and malls! House and rooms and baths were clean! We needed an extra night and not all the rooms for 2 people, quite expensive for one night! Great for a family, big yard and carport. Host was great!“

„You really can't beat the price, and it was in a quiet part of a quiet neighborhood. However, the home and some of the fixtures and things around the house seemed to be in need of some repairs. For our family we were able to make things work. We had two adults and five children (two were teenage) and we were able to more or less enjoy having a place to call home for the weekend.“

„It's a charming spacious rental. It was perfect for our needs. We were visiting family in Hickory and it was really lovely to have a space of our own that was literally minutes from where they lived. I will be booking again next time I'm in the area.“

„Very nice. Perfect for the two of us!!“

„This stay was so amazing my husband and I had an amazing time! The views of the lake were everything and more! The host was very kind! Amazing places near by everything is very close to food, and museum.“

„Nice clean place. Good communication from the host. Quiet neighborhood.“

„This is the 2nd time we stayed here for a weekend swim meet. It's an older home but beautiful.“

„10/10- Highly recommend; Photos accurately convey this lovely home & pool area. We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautifully furnished/decorated, comfortable & very clean. The resort style pool is so perfect, peaceful & relaxing, w/great landscaping. Our grandgirls had a blast swimming & jumping off the diving board…floats & goggles were also available to use. The hosts were very nice & responsive.“

„We had a great time! The property was exactly what we were looking for and we really enjoyed the amenities!“

„Enjoyed our stay again for the 3rd year in a row. House was clean and great location. Would recommend new pillows for all the beds and 2 more rockers for the front porch along with a ceiling fan. It gets pretty hot on the front porch. Still no internet. Have tried each year with the information provided and unable to locate network“

„Beautifully renovated home with all the amenities needed. The hot tub was a nice bonus.“

„Amazing house amazing view. It’s my sixth time staying there such a beautiful location.“

„The house is beautiful and cozy. The host was amazing helping me with some stuff.“

„We were a party of 3 with 3 dogs, one elderly and blind. My mother is 81. She is in good health but the stairs to our unit were very difficult for her to climb but were also a hardship for us and the dogs. The ad says it is not appropriate for elderly visitors which is an understatement. There should be a disclaimer so you know that there are about 30 steps to get to the unit, the last 10 steps are metal that reminded me of an escape latter. This could be dangerous for children and pets as ...

„Had everything we needed! Host responded immediately. Great location. Would definitely stay again “
