« Nice 5 star hotel. The service and staff is top notch. The views are spectacular. Great place to retreat to and relax. We stayed here for 1 night in our trip through Hokkaido. My only issue was at check in. We were required to make the dinner reservations and meal selection at the front desk. And not everything we wanted was available to us. « Overall is good ! But the water pressure so weak. It need to take more time for bathing. Room cleaning is really only make up the room not all the house. Things put on the kitchen, table ..... still put on the same place, haven't washed. »

« We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with two adults and two small children. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. It's just a short walk up the hill to .base, and even closer to the family...

« Prestation niveau 4*. Bien placé à Grand Irafu, c’est le seul coin un peu animé avec quelques magasins de toutes les stations de Niseko. L’onsen était fermé, j’ai donc eu un upgrade avec une chambre donnent sur le mont Yotei, très agréable et j’avais un voucher pour l’onsen d’à côté. »
