« Horrible hotel. There is hardly anything available at breakfast almost regardless of the time you go. It seems they put out one batch of food and when that runs out they do not replenish any of it. I planned to use the hot tub until I saw how dirty it was and when I had staff check the temperature it was only 87. « The room was clean and Cooper at the front desk was very kind and helpful. However, for the price we paid the experience was not impressive. « The pool and hot tub was enjoyable enough. The parking was easy and close to the check-in doors. The cleaness and smell of the place in general was not appealing. The in room microwave had to be moved to the floor under a table to be able to plug in to warm up foods and such. Barley anywhere to store clothing and traveling supplies if staying more than one day. The staff was kind when asking for towels, as you have to before going to the pool because there are none in the pool area. Check in was...

« Thank you for a restful stay. The staff is very friendly. There were some supplies that were not in our room, all it took was a phone call to the desk and the items were delivered as promised. We stayed in the handicapped accessible room which was very comfortable and met our needs. »

« Dans l'ensemble cela aurait pu être bien pour une nuit. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours. L'hôtel est très bruyant : portes qui claquent, isolation sonique très mauvaise entre les chambres, bruits dans le couloir. La literie très très souple à notre goût. Nous avons mal dormi. Sur 4 jours le ménage de la chambre a été fait le dernier jour car j'ai vu la femme de chambre. Pourquoi proposé un ménage quotidien alors que ce n'est pas fait ? A la base ce service est compris dans le prix de l'hôtel. »
