„We made a roundtrip and this was, especially when it comes to cleanness and comfort, by far our favorite (it is literally neat and tidy :) ). The accomodation is in a nice quiet neighborhood. On top there are some kinds of snacks prepared. That rounded it up. When we come back to the Dayton area this will be the first place we'll want to stay.“

„Host was very pleasant and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, very spacious first floor. Convenient to University of Dayton. Only one bathroom upstairs but very spacious and clean.The stairs are a bit steep but other than that very comfortable and cozy with good amenities. Would definitely stay again.“

„I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area“
