« Hôtel très beau et dans un beau cadre. On nous attribué une chambre PMR alors que nous n’en avions pas demandé et celle ci était sans fenêtre quasiment. Nous avons pu changer de chambre mais avons eu 2 lits queen au lit d’un très grand lit comme payé . Il faut réserver pour le restaurant même si la réception nous a dit le contraire . Le restaurant est très bruyant, même si les plats sont généreux et bons. La serveuse, brune avec des lentilles de contact bleues, m’a donné une boîte pour faire...

« Cabin was clean and cozy, location is right on the Big Thompson, nice having a private hot tub and grill, so those were big positives. Cabin got pretty warm without A/C and no table to sit and eat - not deal-breakers but not ideal for the price. Overall, a nice stay in a really good location. »

« Front desk staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The graciously offered me an early check-in and gave me a place to change into the clothes I brought for a wedding before my room was available. The room was beautiful and very well maintained, and offered me a view of a small lake. »

« Master bedroom tub had hair and soap scum in it. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Hairdryer did not work. Exhaust fan very noisy. Bathroom rug is dirty and should be replaced. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo. We didn’t have any contact information or instructions regarding checking. After we found the front desk they were extremely helpful. Before...
