„Overall we had a good experience staying in the Marmot cabin. Yes, it is small, and my wife and I had to sometimes dance around each other but it was fully expected from the description. It is a very cute cabin, perfect for solo trips or couples. It is a very short walk to the river and we could here the river from our cabin. Estes Park is just a short 3 minute drive and either of the RMNP entrances are 15 minutes away. I would say the only negative thing (although some people may love ...

„Nice place. Eazy access. Peaceful to sit by the river. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was low in the shower. Eazy parking. Hot tub was clear and clean and hot. As it should be. Kitchen was adequate. Low on coffee hi on teas. “

„Overall, happy with this condo for the stay! It was at a great location close to downtown Estes Park. Pet And family friendly. It was a little hot due to no AC, but the property manager had plenty of fans, as well as noted to mitigate the heat. Would recommend staying here, and would stay here again!“

„Everything about this property was as advertised or better. We were there June 1-7. It truly is 5-7 min from Elkhorn Ave, and about the same distance to the Stanley Hotel. The hill wasn't even steep. Also close to the Centennial open space, even had a few elk. The house is idyllic. A local beer in front of the fireplace, a dinner on the deck with views of Lumpy Ridge, all lovely. Nothing like sleeping with mountain air coming in the windows. “

„Very private prooerty with daily visitor that we nicknamed Sir Edward Elk. Beautiful sunrises. Quiet and peaceful. Clean with great kitchen and table sized for nightly card games. Comfy bed and sofa. Simple directions to town and RMNP.“

„We came for a concert at Red Rocks and to do some sightseeing. The house was clean and stylish. It felt like a real treehouse-the views are lovely. It has an amazing outdoor area also. The AC/heat works very well and there is a nice cross breeze in the sleeping loft. It’s a very unique and well done space. One note: the ladder to loft is very sturdy and well made but pretty long and high so think about who is going to be sleeping in the loft and if they can handle the ladder!“

„The property was great! From the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor dining spaces, we had beautiful views with very well-appointed amenities. We especially loved the awesome coffee maker - what a treat! Ane was always helpful with questions. We let her know about a problem with the fridge and she immediately responded. “

„It was a beautiful old cabin. Very unique. It was very creaky but that didntget matter at all. There hasn't a whole lot to do in the area but we wanted a cabin in the mountains and that is what we got! The town shuts down early. But overall we had a great stay!“
