« Hôtel très propre. Chambre spacieuse. Piscine agréable. Suite aux travaux de l’autoroute d’en face, ’hôtel sert à héberger tous les travailleurs qui fait que cela ressemble plus à une usine qu’à un hôtel. »

« The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was with the “hottub” which was warm but instead of soothing jets, the water erupted in irregular and unpredictable ways that drenched my head and got water in my ear! They were more like small geysers than jets!! Soaker beware! »

« When I called to make a reservation the girl who answered told me she couldn’t book our room and that I needed to go online to make my reservation! Also the pool was not even finished so we couldn’t swim. Then we left after the second night and the guy at the front desk said he couldn’t refund us for the night we didn’t stay and we would have to contact you. The room air was not cool, we were very hot on the last night we stayed. »

« La chambre avait besoin de reparation et les lit etaient dégeux. Les matelats sentait l'urine et en relevant les draps, il y a vait plein de trace jaune. La cafetiere ne fonctionnait pas. La pole de rideaux de douche semblait tenir par une vis et pret a tomber sous peu. Meme chose pour la pomme de douche. Je ne recommande pas et ne retournerai pas dans ces établissement »

« Difficile à évaluer: je suis arrivé juste après la tempête de pluie verglaçante. Plus d'électricité dans l'hôtel, douche froide et pas de petit déjeuner. Mais contre les éléments naturels on ne peut pas lutter. Les employés ont fait de leur mieux... »

« Très bon accueil professionnel. A une vingtaine de minutes du centre d'Austin. Chambre 232 classique sans coffre ni baignoire mais avec frigo, plaque de cuisson, micro ondes, lave vaisselle et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Quartier calme. Service en chambre pas quotidien. Piscine extérieure pas testée. Petit déjeuner classique. Parking gratuit. »

« Nous avions commencé notre séjour au Texas dans un hôtel de la chaîne à Fort Worth et nous étions ravis de l’établissement. Mais quelle déception quand nous sommes arrivés à Austin, ce n’est pas du tout le même standing… »

L'accueil était très moyen (à chaque fois qu'on passait devant l'accueil, à peine bonjour, aucune volonté d'aider des touristes étrangers), ils n'avaient pas noté qu'on était 6, donc le sofa n'était pas fait, il a fallu redescendre chercher des draps et faire nous-même le lit à 20-21h (heure d'arrivée). Il y a lave-vaisselle,frigo, cuisinière mais ils ne vont s'user, il n'y a quasiment pas de vaisselle(3assiettes,1 sauteuse,3couverts(couteaux à beurre,pratique)3verres. Très...

« The building is nice and new. The room was clean. Breakfast was mediocre, they ran out of eggs and when I asked for more they brought so little that it was enough for about 3-4 people. They put us up on the first floor and it was very loud every night past midnight. The location is good, across from the waterpark. If you go there, opt out of breakfast and ask for a room on a higher floor. »
