« Sadly, I cannot recommend. We checked in and discovered a good amount of bright pink hairs on the shower wall and the toilet was questionably clean. I showed the front desk guy with a mustache who showed zero care about the situation and offered us a room change. I declined and he still charged me $1 for laundry soap. Its clear guest recovery skills were not taught and it feels like Im just a dollar sign. »
