„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. „Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„Claimed there was complaints about smoking when I wasn't even in room yet they didn't bother knocking on my door while I was a guest there just waited until after my 7 day stay to hit my credit card with 3 charges $100, $150 and $46!! Plus charged me $33 for parking while their garage was full and I had to pay to park in another garage and walk the further distance late at night with my mother with unsavory characters hanging in the stairwell. Unprofessional manager Andrew hung up on me because ...

„Had a king size room, only 3 small thin pillows. Requested more, my wife and i were headed out for the evening. Guy at the desk said he would let housekeeping know, said I could pick them up at the desk when we returned. No pillows at the desk, the new desk person would not accommodate with more pillows. Said best he could do was the next morning, we would be checking out. Terrible customer service!!! Heater/air conditioner would not stay running. We will not be back!!! We will get the word out ...

„Very clean. Bed was super comfortable and shower was amazing. I really loved the nespresso machine in the room. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. The only negative would be that there is not a small store area just incase you forgot something or wanted a cold water or drink. Overall a truly great hotel in Grand Rapids.“
