Client renvoyé parce que numéro de réservation ne les concernait pas, selon eux! Pas permis de consulter messagerie personnelle afin de leur montrer réservation. Pas accepté qu'un taxi soit appelé pour quitter l'hôtel ( c'était tard dans la soirée) . »

« We really liked our stay here and we were very well looked after. We had booked 3 rooms as a family and as it was during the protests/riots recently the hotel was practically empty so we got the pick of the rooms. Sanzina at reception really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were very accommodating aswell especially the guy who cleaned my room as he made sure I had 3 towels everyday & just got me whatever I needed. « We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. »
