"First, the hotel's exterior smelled of sewage. There was a lot of litter on the ground, and the parking lot was dangerous. Several people were walking around, even late at night. In the room, there were cockroaches and several other small insects. The toilet paper was already half used. There were several people in the hallway talking loudly, and there was a row. Someone even came and knocked on our door at midnight, so my girlfriend and I decided to leave because we felt unsafe. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel."

"L'hôtel est tres beau et le personnel tres sympathique. Le service de voiturier est au top. La chambre spacieuse est confortable et tres propre. Nous n'y avons passeé qu'une seule nuit mais si nous revennons à Cleveland ,nous reviendrons dans cet Hotel. "
