« Everything about the property is good, it was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was decent and it was close to a lot of different places for food, drink, etc. The reason for the 3 star is solely because the noise levels made sleeping very difficult. I was on the first floor, and around 12am the level above me started moving around frequently and even minor footsteps sounded like thunder. I did notify the front desk and they were helpful but the noise continued until around 230am. Then...

« When i checked in i had to pay a deposit of $50 since i booked thru a third party, you in case there was damage. Even though i got the deposit back, no one told me before hand that it would be required. The staff would not give me a receipt to verify i had paid the deposit. So how was i supposed to believe i would get it back. Also would not give a receipt for my stay, sayingvi would get it from you. Not happy with the whole process so probably will not book with you again orvstay at same hotel »
