« Nice facility, well maintained, great breakfast, close to restaurants and shopping. Only issue was semi truck outside ran all night long making it difficult to sleep. This needs to be addressed. »

« This is a new property so it's very clean still. However the young lady who checked us in was not helpful at all. She literally watched me carrying stuff in and trying to figure out how to use the key (which in on the wall not on the door) and dropping things and offered no assistance. She then charged us $150 when we asked for towels. That $150 took talking to the manager and 6 days to get back. We were also charged the incidentals fee of $150. « Excellent hotel located in downtown Dalton. New hotel. Wish there were microwave in room but other than that I’d give 10 stars if possible. »

« Room and hotel were clean, nice friendly staff, only downside was the elevator that was visibly old and sounded awful - we questioned whether it would break down while we were in it. »

« When we arrived we had someone in our room that was not supposed to be there. They had smoked weed. Someone from the hotel had allowed this person with a jar of weed into the room. Really a disappointment. »

« No amenities. "European breakfast" was plain bagels, packaged muffins, yogurt. Broken juice machine. No coffee in the rooms, VERY dated furniture, and overall not worth the price. »

« If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled. What you’d expect otherwise. »

« Great resort, we did horse back riding directly at the property, and enjoyed nearby activities like gold mine, Dahlonega and Amicalola falls. We had a Hill view room and there was also a shared living room and a patio. We had smores next to the building. Free Breakfast was great as well. »

« Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok....

« Daily clean up of the room was minimal. Bed was lousily made. Bathroom was left half cleaned up »

« Place was dated and dirty. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. »

« Great check-in staff. Room had some updates like USB on th bedside lamps. Tile was peeling in the toilet room. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was very basic with microwave sandwiches, bagels to toast, and cereal. A value property at a value price. »

« Staff helpful! They do not have laundry service at this location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and train. The property was pretty clean but did allow pets so there was a good bit of dog hair especially in the elevator - if you have allergies this might be an issue. They were understaffed so I will give them a little grace and thanks to the staff that did come to work. »

« Very disappointed with the facilities. Traveling with 2 kids. Looking forward to going swimming with them and the pool was green. Bathroom in room had mold by tub one on baseboards »
