„Pagosa and the cabin were just perfect. Dinners outside enjoying the sunset and hummingbirds. Very quiet and peaceful! Our family enjoyed the pool table and played mahjong on the patio! The cabin was perfect for adult children! We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! Pagosa has so much to do from golf, to tubing down the river and many great restaurants. Thanks for a great time! “

„Lovely house. Beautiful view. Fabulous stay. We were 8 college dorm mates, graduated in 1976. Since we are all around 70 the bunk bed was not a good choice for us. Better suited to 4 adults & 4 children. Customer service was great and timely. Earlier and more information on the water would have been helpful. Some don't like the taste of the water. Overall we had a really wonderful stay.“

„This cabin was a perfect getaway for our three families. It was very clean and everything worked out great. It is quiet and secluded. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck and enjoying the wildlife and the scenery. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would come back here again if we ever stay in the area.“

„Charming spot. New, clean and well equipped. We arrived weary from working hard and long. The stress drained away rocking on the deck with cup of coffee in hand and reading our books. „The property is conveniently located to downtown Pagosa. Large lot with a lot of space to spread out (bring your binoculars), walk, relax outside or soak in the clean hot tub.The exterior of the house could use some spider web removal etc. and the weeds need to be trimmed back so driveway is easier to navigate. We spent most of our time outside which is why we rented the property on 3 acres. Sleeping pillows are nice and fluffy. Internet was functional (no problems) but cellular reception ...

„We loved the convenience of being close to family in Bayfield. Previously we have stayed in hotels in Durango and were glad not to have to drive back and forth to Durango every day. The cabin was in such a pretty setting by the river. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the property, we hope to return! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The host said we could bring an air mattress, so each grandchild spent a night with us also. Perfect! “

„It was a great little cabin! The bed was super comfy! I love watching the horses in the pasture down below. While drinking my morning coffee. The kitchen had everything I needed, plus there was a grill just out the door! We have stayed at a lot of different places and this host the best by far with communication!
