« The hotel needs an update. The carpet, elevators and parking. The restaurant employees were very courteous and professional. However, the check in desk clerk could use a class on common courtesy, not very accommodating. Oh yeah, the water pressure in the vanity sink was very low. It was like at a rest stop. »

Et peu avant 23h, un autre insecte qu’on a vu sortir de sous le divan. Divan qui avait été recouvert de tissus bon marché sale, et troué aussi. J’ai défendu les enfants de s’asseoir dessus. « Hotel stay was overpriced for what you get which is just a bed and shower. Have to pay to park at this property which I didn’t realize. Breakfast is not included. We used the pool and there were no clean towels. It took 45 minutes for that staff to bring them down. Our room wasn’t ready for our check in time. Had to wait over two hours past the listed check in time. »

« The hotel was nice and in a good location for going on a cruise out of norfolk. Our TV in the room did not work. They gave us free breakfast to make up for it, which was nice. »

« Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property was immaculate. The pool created a very nice atmosphere to relax in the infinity pool which had an amazing view of the nearby surfing pool and have a nice drink.
