« Bien situé. Lit confortable. Indications et Communication claire. 2 climatiseurs ( chambre et cuisine) mais celui de la cuisine était très bruyant. Manque des éléments dans la cuisine ( verres, ciseaux, poêle pour cuisson, etc) Bon endroit pour court séjour. »

« This is a great property for a quiet relaxing getaway fairly close to the beach and downtown. Would definitely recommend. »

« 10/10 stay. Came for my 30th birthday with 14 friends. The house was just as it was listed. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Everything was in close distance either Downtown Miami or South Beach. We attended local music events and it was easy to get to all the main clubs. House is exactly like listed, and communication by host was great. »

« Overall things were fantastic, I got up for a run each morning to the nearby key and the location made it perfect, it's about a 25 min walk from the key, brickell, and Lil Havana. All places worth checking out. There was some hiccups with the VRBO but the owner had great communication and was accommodating. Well put together place. »

« Incredible updated 4 story townhouse steps from the beach. Elevator very convenient. Every bedroom had a bathroom in it or near it. Kitchen was modern and fully functional. All the beach toys you can imagine. Best part was the proximity to the sand and beautiful water. »

« Quisiera dejar asentado un reclamo de total y absoluta disconformidad con el alojamiento por uds ofrecido en la pagina. En tal sentido paso a informar que : 1 ) nunca contestaron mis mensajes previos a mi llegada donde les pedía cierta información explicando el tema de restricciones alimentarias que tenia mi hijo, no recibí respuesta.2) El lugar no esta preparado para tantas personas , no hay suficentes utensilios ni toallas, tampoco vasos ni platos. 3) el horno es esta en una situación...

"Hôtel parfaitement placé extrêmement simple d’accès, vous n’aurez absolument aucun problème. À la limite le seul petit point noir qu’on peut avoir c’est d’avoir des petites chambres mais sinon c’est juste exceptionnel et surtout l’emplacement qui est juste incroyable. "
