„This is the worst and most disgusting place I’ve ever been to in my life the people that own this place don’t give an absolute crap about their customers. I walk in the glass all over the floor, mauled all the walls poo stains, and peoples hairs all over the bed. This place is disgusting. It took me three days of begging just to get us some new bedding so I contacted the bank and got some of my money by myself. These people are absolute animals never come to this place unless you really have to ...

„The property is extremely outdated and worn (drawers don’t open, base boards and tile dirty and stained). There is no ramp to use with a stroller to get in and out of the property so you need two people to carry the stroller up and down stairs. You ca ask for an early check in, which is at 1:30. I inquired about an early check in at 9:00 am the day of check in. At 12:20 pm I still had not heard back from them so we made arrangements for a scheduled pick up with UBER and a late hotel check out ...

Downtown Miami

Normandy Shores: Top-Hotelbewertungen

Loews Miami Beach Hotel – South Beach

10/10 Hervorragend

"Top"

EAST Miami

10/10 Hervorragend

"The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s modern, luxurious, and within walking distance of Brickell City Centre, as well as many great bars, restaurants, and clubs. One of the biggest highlights is the popular rooftop bar located in the hotel. As a guest, you can skip the long lines and head straight up, which is a great benefit. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s still nice for relaxing. Most of the staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk was different. Some of the staff came across as arrogant, which made us feel a bit unwelcome. Thankfully, this was limited to the front desk, as everyone else was truly exceptional. There were a few other downsides. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room twice despite us reporting it, which was disappointing. Communication with the housekeeping staff was also difficult, as they only spoke Spanish and no English. The elevators were fast despite the building’s height, but they made unusual noises, and one elevator did not stop level with the floor, creating a potential tripping hazard. Overall, I would rate this hotel 7.5/10. Despite a few issues, I would stay here again because the location is fantastic, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the rest of the staff made the stay enjoyable."

Holiday Inn Miami - International Airport by IHG

8/10 Gut

"We stayed two nights. The room was large and the bed comfy. It has a safe for valuables. The service was friendly. The shuttle from the airport was good, but to the Cruise Port of Miami very chaotic. We ate at the restaurant twice because there is nothing around the hotel"
