« While on a motorcycle road trip, I stayed for one night at the Owl’s Perch on September 28th. It is a charming private wood cabin adjacent to the house of the hosts, Doug and Alice. « Very nice cabin in a gorgeous location, right on the river as stated. There are a few catch on the fly surf waves right in front of the river view deck so for paddlers, this is an amazing bonus! The place is wonderful. Only thing missing is laundry but thats not a big deal. WiFi works well if needed. Highly reccomend and Id stay again for sure. »

« Greg was a great host. The property itself is very nice even being a guest house. There is a pond, barn with horses, chicken and goats. A garden that has lights at night with is very romantic. There is also a pool on the property that faces the Yadkin River. Thank you Greg for being such a good host and having such an awesome property. One of the best places I’ve stayed while traveling! 10 out of 10! »
