„We just had a staycation and had a great time. Easy check in, breakfast buffet was good. We had dinner at SER, our service was top notch. My favorite part was the lazy river and my son loved the pool basketball. We will definitely be back! Very clean and beautiful hotel and property. Plenty of restaurants around for plenty of food options. The candy store was a big hit as well as Starbucks in the morning. “

„Check-in, viermal falsche Zimmerkarte erhalten. Reception war nicht hilfsbereit, wollte einen Scan zum Flight-Check-in, wurde nur sehr widerwillig erfüllt. Zimmer einmal nicht gereinigt worden und zudem war abends Zimmertür nicht ganz geschlossen, nachdem geputzt wurde ! “

No toilet paper, soap, bathrooms left unclean, the floors were dirty, limited towels, no Trash bags, and no top sheets on beds. I have stayed at a few VRBOs and this one was bad. Would not recommend. However, the property host was responsive to text and calls which was good. “
