„This cottage was amazing! So cute and had everything we needed. They have lots of land for my dog to run around and an awesome hammock I could nap in. It is very quiet and serene which is exactly what we needed. Ned and Heather are very sweet and personable. Make sure you have Ned bring you his amazing biscuits, they are delicious! “

„The home pics equal what is live. Owner/Management was quick to respond to our concerns and questions. The place is beautiful but just good for 2 or 3 people. The Dock rules are tricky but stay in touch with the owner. The community rangers are good help and guidance I wish each property had a way to secure the lawn and do k so no one breaks the rules. Overall a beautiful place!!“

„Andrew's cabin is a wonderful gem in the quiet woods of Northern Texas. It's about a 20min drive to Bonham, TX - we found this to be an adorable small town with all amenities and quite a rich history, which you can discover in several museums. We also enjoyed Bonham state park and being so close to Oklahoma with its reservates and museums. Beautiful nature and wide plains surround the cabin. Cabin is on the same property as the owners.
