„At the mountain.“

„Proximity to downtown and nearby attractions.“

„This home is a history lesson. Built more than 100 years ago, you see hand-hewn beams supporting the second floor, floors made up of varying-width boards, rooms large enough for their intended purpose without empty space. We were both intrigued and overwhelmed by the vast differences in home building then and now. That era saw families and neighbors coming together to fill a need. Everyone pitched in, bringing whatever expertise they had, to get the job done. All of the basics are provided, ...

„Our 3rd time staying here and it's always wonderful!“

„Great for friend group for local attractions“

„We had a last minute cancellation of a rental house and needed a place close to Gore that allowed pets. This house was great and Irene was very accommodating, making sure we enjoyed our stay. Check in was super smooth, location was close to Gore, with a pet friendly home and surrounding area. “

„The Yurt was scenic, peaceful, and picturesque with everything we needed. A Blue Heron visited us daily, as did the ducks on the pond outside the Yurt. Complete with warmth for the cold nights and all the equipment to store and prepare food, we were able to see some local attractions and go back and forth to and from the Yurt conveniently. „Perfect for what we needed as a family of 8,, the host was very easy to communicate with as well.“

„I little bit cramped, but overall good.“

The gates on the deck and let run area were a huge bonus for our family that was traveling with dogs. We loved the view of the mountains with a cup of coffee in the morning and star gazing at night!“

„This is just the cutest camp close to all the amenities Speculator has to offer! The beds were comfy, great water pressure so nice showers, and the camp was cool with the air conditioning even in the unseasonably warm temperatures the ADK was experiencing the week we were there. The only things on my wish list were a microwave and a little more storage for food (no pantry or empty shelves) and any type of closet for clothes! But these little teeny things would not deter me from renting this home ...

„Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, good amenities.“

„This house looks and feels just like the pictures. Nice kitchen and great dinner table for our group. This area of NY is captivating with all the lakes and wilderness for riding a motorcycle and im sure fishing and hiking. When at this house you'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Then pull out of the driveway take a left go 500 yes and everything you need. Charlie John's has everything you need at a very reasonable price and the Mrg delivered our groceries to the house because we were ...
