The person working the desk was super helpful about it but I never got any apology or even offer of anything for the mistake, which was disappointing. One of the pleasures of going away spending money at a hotel/resort is coming back to a made bed with fresh sheets, clean room, all that stuff I have to do myself at home. “

„I had booked this cottage for my son to stay over the weekend with his group of friends to celebrate his birthday. They were 9 and had the best time! The place was clean, full of fun stuff to do, like playing fuss ball and canoeing. There were enough rooms and washrooms for everyone. The host, Mustafa, was amazing.
