« The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...

« Covered porch was nice for time outside. Inside was in need of work. Closets unfinished, no place to put any luggage, advertises a king bed and a queen bed, but only had a king and a full, no tp, or tissue products when we arrived. None of the above were deal breakers but just allot of small things that add up to frustration. »

« We appreciated the host allowing a Rehearsal Dinner party for our family on site. The house was perfect for the event. The kitchen was awesome. The amenities were appreciated. Layout of living room was great for everyone to sit and talk. The backyard porch prevented rain from interfering with our party. « We traveled to Miami for our wedding with our children and grandchildren and this house was absolutely perfect. The outside amenities were amazing, the inside was clean and bright. The kitchens had all of the necessary items needed for our chef to prepare amazing meals. « First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower...
