« Perfect little house! My kids and I needed a place to stay while touring some local colleges. Beds were very comfortable, amenities worked perfectly, and parking was easy. Only about 30 minutes from Newport, so we'll definitely be back for weekend trips! »

« This was perfect for me and my husband. It was a couple of miles from a very nice beach and a beach pass was included so we parked for free. The house is small but has a large deck and a screened porch. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. It took us a couple of days to discover the outdoor shower behind the house and that made our stay perfect! We would stay again. »

« I can't say enough about how perfect this cottage and it's location are! I came by myself, a friend met me a few days later, and it was lovely! I felt safe, close to everything (shopping, coffee, the beach, the Pond!), and the cottage was perfect. I was able to leave my paddle board down by the Pond, allowing me to paddle every morning. The beach was a short ten minute walk away, which was perfect. I brought my bike and the riding was gorgrous. Charlestown Beach is the most beautiful beach...

« We absolutely LOVE this property! This was my husband and I’s 2nd stay here and it was just as amazing this time as it was the first! Listening to the bird sanctuary and Tree Frogs at night on the little back deck was great and weirdly, calming. My husband’s favorite thing…..the outside shower! The Cottage had everything we needed and was comfy cozy! The upkeep and cleanliness were on point! We will we back!!! »
