« My husband and I were visiting the area for an annual clambake. This cute, comfy cottage and location was a great temporary home for us! Rob found a blouse that I left in the closet and shipped it to me! I mean... how nice is that! Thank you Rob! The next time I am in the Narragansett area I will definitely choose this cottage. It is really in the perfect location! And it is much better than staying at a Hotel - for price and comfort! See you next year! »

« The cottage was comfortable and spacious, it has a large area in the back that is spacious with a fire pit ,chairs, table and large grill. There is a marina a short walk down the street that has a reasonable priced snack bar where you can sit and look at the boats while having breakfast or lunch. The landlord is a nice guy and very responsive. He returned my security deposit immediately. I would definitely stay here again. »

« We had a great time in Newport despite having bad weather. The lucky thing is the house was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. Steve was an excellent host and made sure everything was working and checked in during the day just to make sure we were OK to see if we needed anything.I really like the location, which was actually in Jamestown and not Newport. Close enough to quickly drive over and go to Newport to do the mansions and to eat, but in a cute area with a really cute café...

« All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again! »
