« The house was perfect! We had 6 adults and 4 teenage children. There was plenty of room to spread out. « The house is very cozy. We enjoyed the screened in porch to be able to sit outside without bugs. We did use the fire pit two nights and made s’mores. I would agree with other reviews though. If you have mobility issues, there are a lot of steps down to the dock. The location of the dock is perfect. It’s a very quiet cove, and the kids swam every evening after boating all day. The Wi-Fi and cell service is spotty so this may not be a good place if you have to connect but for our family that was...

« My husband, daughter and I drove to Knoxville to move our daughter into her sorority house for move in weekend. The house was beautiful!! It was very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It is only a 15 minute drive to campus or anywhere else you needed. We slept great, the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. It was our top rated VRBO! We would give it a 10 out of 10!! « We stayed here for 3 nights with our amstaff dog, it’s usually pretty hard to find a place that doesn’t have a weight limit for dogs and/or breed restrictions so we really appreciate the host accepting any size dogs! « Very close to UT Medical so my out of state in-laws could be close to my father-in-law who was in the ICU. My mother-in-law especially loved the comfort of the home and the outdoor spaces to help heal with everything that was going on. Property owner was very helpful. »
