"Pros: great location, walked to the beach 1 block away, restaurants 10 min walk, great area for walking in general. Close to every activity available. Kitchen was decently equipped. Nice to have this home base. Con: mainly that the bathroom needs rehabbing (very old, small sink, tub is unsightly), ..."
