The condo was as pictured. The view was amazing and the resort was great as usual and the price was comparable to the others. We’ve stayed here several times in other condos. The chairs on the balcony were great and I watched beautiful sunrises there. Now the negative…I received an email two days prior telling me my reservation had been cancelled. After I asked why I received a general message saying ignore and don’t give out any information. I know hacking happens but I felt like they could have responded a little more personally instead of a generic message. In any case when we finally got the code at EXACTLY 4:00, there were some things that concerned me so I text right away as to not be blamed for things broken. The only acknowledgment I received back was that we had to connect to the resorts WiFi. No mention of the other items I listed. I feel like it needed a deep cleaning. But probably the most annoying thing to me was the constant messages throughout the weekend trying to get me to pay extra for an earlier check in or a later checkout and to keep reminding me that checkout was 10:00. I also received more than one message telling me that I would be charged if I left too much trash, left it overly messy, messed up the remotes, stayed past 10:00, took anything, didn’t return the passes… I felt like a one and done email or text would have been sufficient. This was annoying to me but maybe others don’t mind. I probably won’t stay here again.
