Loved the condo! Great location. Quick ride to Cherry Grove beach and so many local ice cream shops, mini golf places, restaurants and coffee options were just a short drive away. The beach itself was quiet considering it was spring break week, which was exactly what we were looking for. The condo itself was clean and had everything we were looking for. The view was incredible from the balcony. The only comment of concern was that the outdoor pools were closed and we had no idea before arriving. They said it was because the pools aren't heated and it still regularly drops below 50deg at night, but coming from literal winter weather these pools were something my kids were looking forward to and were ready to jump in regardless of how cold they were, so it was kind of torture for them to look but not enjoy. The outdoor pools at the sister condo next door were open at the end of our stay, however we did not have access to those which kind of put salt in the wound.

Absolutely wonderful and the balcony and view were our favorite parts. Will definitely stay again. Our only observations were regarding the cleanliness of the floors and dust on the furniture surfaces otherwise everything was great.

The location is great and the views are incredible. There we storms a couple if nights we were there and watching from the balcony was awesome! We saw schools of dolphins our last day which our kids loved. The communication with the owner was easy and we didnt need to communicate much beyond checkin. The unit is big and has plenty of space. We have 4 people in our immediate family but there were 7 other family members also staying in the building in a different unit. There was plenty of seating when they came to our room.The unit was clean, in that it had been cleaned before we checked in. The floors, counters, bathrooms and bedrooms were all in good order. Our only real issues were that the unit is a little outdated. The furniture is old,The lounge chairs on the balcony were broken through but covered with a pad. The dining table seat covers were stained and looked dirty. There were only a few bowls and dishes so we found ourselves washing dishes after every meal, rather than loading a dishwasher.

NMB vacation 2025

Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. Condo is an older unit that was clean, but needs most of the kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts replaced due to delaminating door edges. Also a broken plastic chair on the balcony needs replacing. Beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms were nicely maintained. Overall the condo complex is very nice, family friendly and not far from restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely consider staying there again in the future. :-)

Mini vacation

The ocean views were absolutely stunning. I have stayed at many many beach front properties and this was by far the most beautiful views I have ever seen. As soon as you step in the front doors you have sweeping views of the ocean. The water was so blue. It felt like paradise. I spent more time on the balcony than I ever have. We were in the penthouse and could see everything. Will definitely stay here again and could not recommend enough.

Wonderful condo with great ocean views. Convenient to great restaurants and shopping. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The condo is locked down with numerous access points which make you feel safe. We would definitely stay there again!!

A Wonderful Penthouse With Loads of Space

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come again! The condo is a brand new remodel, but it was very clean and decorated beautifully. We spent loads of time on the large balcony when not enjoying the beach or other amenities of the complex. (Please be aware that you can’t see the sunrise while sitting on the balcony based on the location. It was beautiful from the beach, though!) Beach access is VERY convenient, and even though we were there the second week of July, it was not really crowded. Highly recommend!

Excellent choice

We enjoyed our stay very much! There were 8 in our party ranging from retired to infants and everyone had plenty of room. And enjoyed ourself! I wish the pools were heated as the water was a little cool for the little ones. Would defiantly stay again!!!

Absolutely Amazing

Everything was as pictured and described in the description. I love the safety and security in the building. The owners in the building were very friendly and helpful. I only had two problems. One being we did not like was when the exterminator came the first guy was very rude and came in while we was sleeping. Said we had to leave for 15 to 30 minutes. We ended up not leaving because we was not comfortable leaving our belongings with strangers, but the guy spraying was fine with us staying and was very polite. The other problem was the initial check in. I didn’t receive my check in instructions until the day after check in. Might have been an issue with my phone but I feel the should sent it a day or two before check in. The balcony was huge and the views are breathtaking. We highly recommend!

Enjoyed Our Stay, However...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, the condo could have been cleaner. There were dead flowers in a vase on the kitchen counter and dried flower petals all over the counter tops and floor. It had been there for some time because the vase was completely dry. The floors had not been swept, vacuumed, or mopped very well at all. We had to clean some areas when we got there. The condo is beautiful but in DESPERATE need of maintenance. The hot water in the guest rooms did not work, kitchen cabinets are broken, sliding glass doors are extremely difficult to open and close, and the glass around the outdoor patio could use to be cleaned on both sides.

Disappointing Stay

The place was not clean, no response from management with broken handle on patio door. Had maintenance just walk in to spray for bugs, while my whole was sleeping, had no warning or notification of them coming. Microwave did not work, lots of cabinets and drawers were ready to fall off.

Many great amenities, but a few disappointments

Enjoyed the condo lay-out, the ocean front, the bedroom accommodations, the parking garage, the elevators, the carrying carts, the maintenance of the premises, the pool, the lazy river, and hot tubs. Disappointed that the condo kitchen cabinets were deteriorating, the balcony chairs were torn, the air intake grill was dirty, fans were dirty and the sliding doors in master and LR needed maintenance…missing handles and very difficult to open and close.
