Great location for a family to stay. We each had our own rooms. Pool was great size and so close to the ocean. Owner very responsive to all needs and questions! Definitely recommend!!

Outstanding experience! Property was exactly as described and David responded immediately anytime I contacted him. Beautiful spot right on the ocean. Big parking lot provided. We had 12 Golfers for the weekend and rented a full-sized van and a couple other vehicles. The lot was big enough to accommodate and even allowed enough space to turn the van around. Rooms, bathrooms and 2 indoor hang-out areas were perfect. Weather was in 50s, so we didn't spend a ton of time outside, but took advantage of the hot-tub. This house must be even more incredible in the warmer months! I highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Overall, the house was nice and communication with David was excellent. When the family wanted to have the pool heated, he was very quick to respond. The only thing we found odd was the layout of the house. It is essentially 2 separate apartments with no interior stairs joining them. As we were one family using the main kitchen upstairs for meals, this was inconvenient. Also, the laundry area is on the outside of the ground floor entrance. We appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly.

The Private pool and easy beach access was perfect for both the beach bums and the poolside sun bathers. Plenty to do for all age groups to stay busy, engaged, relaxed, and entertained.

Weekend Getaway

Myself and my 20 friends recently stayed for a long golf weekend here. It was an awesome time and the host was very responsive and helpful. The house was a short drive from everything Myrtle has to offer and with it being right on the beach we spent most of our time at the house. Would very highly recommend staying here! Would even be nice for a family vacation!!

Okay stay

The day we got there, the place was very dirty, water bottle caps in the bed ,dirty dishes, dog hair, dog toys, and a partially eaten box of Cheez-Its under the couch. So we took that day to clean. we also had to take time to stay there while the maintenance guy came like three times because of the clog drains. Then the water Spicket broke in the bathroom,,so we had to leave the water running all night very hot in there. The air conditioning went out in the bottom half the maintenance guy came back out got it to work, but the day we left the air conditioning quit working again. I did ask for one day refund, but he would not give that to me, but he did give me a half a day. I really thought that he should’ve gave me a full day because it was hard so for us too all get to do something together.

Great location - lots of room

Really nice house. We brought our dogs and they had a good time, too. Great location - 30 minutes at most to most attractions. Beach is nice but busy with random people - very clean beach. Yard was great! Hot tub outdated but nice and working. Inside house was as clean as you can get it with a sandy beach location. Some areas need some updating - which is typical of houses that accept pets and we expected that. Owner's VERY nice and accommodating. Highly recommended and we would stay again!

Golf Trip

8 days with 7 days of golf...couldn't ask for a better place. Enjoyed walking the beach in the morning, playing golf in the afternoon and relaxing in the hot tub after. Great location with Molly Darcy's a one block away so we could walk to have our evening of drinks without driving. If we only have 8 guys next year we will certainly be back Marty H. Batavia NY

Great stay!

We had a blast! I stayed here with my husband and children, my sister and her family and my parents. There was plenty of room for us all. We loved being on the beach and being able to watch the sunrise on the ocean. The property management was very responsive. At one point the stove malfunctioned and they had a replacement installed the same day so we could continue to prepare meals for the family. The location is great, several shops close by and endless restaurants. We had a great time and hope to visit again.

Great stay in North Myrtle

This was a very accurate and well designed property for a trip to Myrtle. Between the pool, hot tub, grill, and private walk to the beach, this house was perfect for our golf trip. Strong communications with the owners as well!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful trip and check-in was a breeze as well as check out. Wonderful communication we had 13 people there and everyone had plenty of space. It rained the majority of the trip and even with that we would do it all again.

Never stay here

We are wholly disappointed with this rental. The rental description egregiously misrepresented fundamental aspects of this stay. To begin with, my adult children expressed their disgust with the mildew smell and mold creeping out from under the vents and as a result, cannot stay in the downstairs unit. This lead to them moving upstairs to share rooms. Due to the overcrowded space upstairs, my other adult children have to endure the downstairs unit possibly to their health’s detriment. As part of our family vacation tradition, we planned on cooking each night with an adult couple preparing meals. Due to insufficient cooking supplies in both units compounded by a broken stove in the upstairs unit, we are unable to continue our family tradition and could not cook meals. Alternatively, we tried to use the grill, but to our shock, the grill is unusable due to severe rust! We searched tirelessly for a vacation rental with a private pool because we enjoy pool time as a family after the beach. We planned to spend hours at the pool before dinner. Due to a green algae infestation, the pool is now unusable. Moreover, the unstable internet network connection made family movie night and remote working difficult. With all of that said, the only thing accurate about the rental description is the view.
