We rented this home for a quick birthday celebration for my daughter. I specifically chose this property for three reasons: the location, the number of bedrooms, and the availability of an EV charger on the property.
The location and number of bedrooms were exactly what we needed, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The private pool was also a nice feature; however, it was not heated, and unfortunately, the weather wasn’t ideal during our stay, so we weren’t able to enjoy it as much as we would have liked.
My biggest disappointment was learning upon check-in that there was no EV charger available on the property, despite both the listing description and property information indicating otherwise.
Were there EV charging stations nearby at Barefoot Landing? Yes. However, the convenience of having a charger directly on the property was one of the main reasons I selected this particular rental over others.
Overall, the home itself was nice, clean, and suited our needs for a short birthday getaway. However, I do believe property listings should accurately reflect the amenities being advertised, especially when those amenities are a deciding factor in choosing one rental over another.
