Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, private pool, hot tub, elevator, garage, and all outdoor spaces. (excluding one owner’s closet)



Log in to your favorite streaming services on any of the 5 Smart TVs located throughout the home—including Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and more.



Parking:

Free parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not park on the street or block any neighbor’s access. Golf carts are welcome!



Motorcycles and trailers must be parked in the overflow parking area across Sea Mountain Highway. They cannot be parked at the house or anywhere within the community.



The front door is equipped with a Smart Lock. You’ll receive your private door code on the day of check-in, along with optional access via smartphone app.

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM



Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Please request any late checkout in advance. Late checkout is available only with our confirmation and depends on the cleaning schedule and incoming reservations.



Other Things to Note:

Beach equipment is provided for your enjoyment. Please let us know if anything is missing or damaged. Any reimbursement request for loss or damage will be based on documented costs and handled through your booking platform’s applicable process.



Elevator is for guest use, but please supervise children when operating and ensure the door closes properly between trips.



Please respect our home and neighbors—quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Complimentary high-speed WiFi is included. In the rare event of an outage, refunds cannot be issued.



Pool and Hot Tub are professionally maintained. Please shower before using and secure the cover when not in use for safety and cleanliness.
