Overall a very good place to stay. Small things you will want to take notice of. It’s on the 2nd floor which is the first with rooms and the balcony is directly over the main entrance in from the Beach and Pool. This causes some noise but not terrible. Also the view is kind of bad if that’s important to you since the indoor pool extends out from your balcony about 3 feet up so half of the balcony’s view is the back of a wall. Only other thing worth mentioning is the clean up process requests that all dishes be put away before you leave which feels odd usually only asked to put everything in the dishwasher and run it so having to put everything away ment we had to plan our exit around that a little bit. All in all not really a big deal but thought it might help.

Home away from home

Our stay was amazing. It definitely felt like I was home at this location. The property was well equipped with all the essentials needed to make your stay worthwhile. The view of the ocean was obscured and I wished I had booked a higher floor. However, the condo was beautiful.

Wonderful Time at North Myrtle Beach

We really enjoyed our trip to North Myrtle Beach. Location of property is excellent. Walking distance to Barefoot Landing and ocean front accomodations. This is a great choice for families of all ages and the beach at Windy Hill is the best in the area.

Great condo, even better location!

Waterpointe 1 is in a great location (minutes by car to shops and restaurants) and is steps from the beach. There are also 2 great pools to enjoy! It is also very clean and well-maintained. The condo unit is very clean and has all that you need. The ocean view is somewhat obstructed by the indoor pool structure, however, and the master bath does not have a true "shower"....just a large tub with a handheld shower head. The third bedroom(twin beds) is also very small. Overall, a great condo with a super location. Would definitely stay at Waterpointe 1 again

Our son & we enjoyed our stay at Windy Hill. The unit had plenty of room for us, everything we needed the whole week, and was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, & attractions…. not to mention the beach & pools. We really appreciated how quiet the area was & how the beach was uncrowned. Very family friendly. Very little traffic, but close to everything.

Randy was very easy to work with and very accommodating. No complaints - just FYI, the third “bedroom” consists of 2 twin beds with a small nightstand in between. No dresser, closet, mirror or even a place to put suitcase. Not advisable for 3 adults to stay.

Family Vacation House

The property was clean, fully stocked, comfy and roomy. Check in was easy with the use of codes and the facility has grocery carts you can use to unload your items with. There was plenty of room for our family that consisted of 5 adults and a toddler. The property is conveniently located in the middle of shops, restaurants and entertainment. The pool area was clean and well kept. The tables inside and around the pool were always clean and we enjoyed picnics by the pool with the kids. There are 2 private Beach accesses for this property and the wash off area with water hose was helpful! Property Manager was quick to respond to my questions before and after the booking. We would definitely book this property again.

Had a great stay. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out process. Only snags were that there was only 1 shower and the door to the clothes dryer was broken. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider again.

The location is perfect. The property itself is in excellent condition. I think it is perfect for a family with younger children because the room with twin beds is really small. Also airconditioner cannot go below 69, so that room gets really stuffy. That said I think people who manage the property are going out of their way to make the experience positive. There were a lot of small really nice touches to make us feel welcome. We thank you very much. So I would absolutely recommend this property!

Very accurate listing, very well decorated, great use of space, easy to feel right at home, friendly neighbors, convenient location, easy check-in/out, accessibility to pool and beach was perfect! I could literally go on and on! My young children loved and so did my 88 yr old grandma! We will absolutely be back next year!
