« The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion. »

« They overbooked and didn’t have the suite my reservation was for available, so I had to wait for another 45 minutes until my downgraded room was. Then the TV in my room didn’t work, so I had to ask the front desk to send someone to fix it. The room itself was clean, but it ended up being pretty loud for most of the night because of a High School reunion going on downstairs. Not my favorite hotel stay. »

« The ladies at the front desk were excellent, very accommodating, very nice and genuine. The beds are super soft and not very comfortable. The pillows are not down and the couches were kind of cruddy looking other than that. The facility was very clean and in a nice area, they just need some updating on the furniture. »
