« Great location! It slept 5 adults very comfortably. Beautifully decorated and spacious enough that we were not in each other’s way. The beds were very comfortable, there was extra bedding for the sofa bed with plenty of towels, kitchen is stocked with all of the cookware and utensils and it has a huge balcony with a BBQ pit. This is where I will be staying for all of my future trips to New Braunfels! »

« We had a wonderful week long stay. The condo was clean, accurately described in the description, and very well stocked. The host was very prompt and attentive in answering any and all questions. We enjoyed how quiet it was and how we were able to relax and enjoy the pool, river, and grounds. Watching the deer every morning and afternoon became routine. We love New Braunfels and will definitely be back. »

« There were multiple issues with checkin (code provided didn’t work), linen availability (only a flat sheet & 6 pillowcases were available for fold out couch), cleanliness of kitchen cooking utensils & pots/pans (food stuck on them in the drawers), toilet seat and toilet paper holder in master bath was broken, shower curtains dirty.
