« Whilst the property was clean, it needs a lot of work and updating. Felt dark and shabby. Photos of how close you are to the harbour are misleading. Outside area was in need of work and lounger covers badly stained. »

« Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. Expected more from Vrbo who I’ve booked some lovely holiday villas through before. They really should...

« We stayed for 2 nights as a group of 6 friends plus a doggo. We were made feel very welcome, the house was clean and spacious, beds comfy, couldn't ask for anything else. We enjoyed the walks up the mountains straight from the house, and gorgeous beach walks. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. »

« Clean and tidy property. Well suited to a large gathering (stag in our case). Easy to locate and useful to have cheap public carpark next door. Train station a short walk away with regular trains into Chester. Appreciate the en-suites in each room. We enjoyed our stay! »
