« This very clean and comfortable cabin is in a quiet, peaceful location. It had everything we needed and we had a wonderful week of vacation.There are several several fishing, boating and hiking options within a short drive. The International Wolf Center and North American Bear Centers are less than an hour away in Ely and there is another bear sanctuary a short drive from the cabin.We highly recommend it! »

« Very much appreciated the host’s quick response when we were lost and unable to find the cabin. It was cozy and we like small cabins, but a car boy of potable water and a sink with a bucket to collect wash water would have been helpful. Also, the path to the outhouse was submerged under a few inches of water - maybe some wood chips would be helpful? We constructed a bridge with rocks and wood blocks just to get to the outhouse. »

« Midwest Nice. As it states in the description, it is a loft. There is a nice kitchen space with the basic necessities that the two of us needed for a long weekend. We went during the off season, so we had the property to ourselves. When you get to the property, the driveway is clearly labeled and there is one parking spot reserved for the loft. The garage/sauna is below the loft. It was a very clean and tidy space. It would suit a couple or a young family well. I would not have wanted to share...
