« I usually appreciate Tru but his hotel in ABQ is very far from the usual standards of comfort of the others sisters locations of Tru hotels. First, staff is managed by Randi who has absolutly nothing to do with clients satisfaction. A intensive training to understand basics commercial behaviour seams necessary for this team... That's the first time I observe a no- solution manager in a Tru... Second, a gas station Maverick is just in front of the entrance and the hotel is just located at...

« Newly renovated, room was large and had lots of hook's, shelves and closet space as well as plugs everywhere. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was surprisingly good »

« The southwest ambiance was a nice touch. the indoor pool and fitness center were perfect and family friendly. The only downside was the east side of the hotel rooms face the I-25 freeway which becomes the Indianapolis 500 (start your engines) at night. I would suggest a wall of artistic fabric separating the freeway from the hotel, or some large helium ballons to deflect the noise. »

« We stayed one night during a road trip and showed up very late (like 1 am) so we had to press a button outside to be let in but we were very quickly checked in and asleep in our room. The layout makes me think this place may have been a set of apartments at some point but the room was nice and the AC worked great. »
