« We have stayed at Drury Inns in several states. In fact, when we travel I always search exclusively for them. Each one that we have stayed in has been exemplary! My family and I especially enjoy the pool and hot tub. The free food is always delicious. They offer a wide selection of hot, delicious food and free popcorn. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and all areas are clean. I rate Drury Inns 15/10! »

« I usually appreciate Tru but his hotel in ABQ is very far from the usual standards of comfort of the others sisters locations of Tru hotels. First, staff is managed by Randi who has absolutly nothing to do with clients satisfaction. A intensive training to understand basics commercial behaviour seams necessary for this team... That's the first time I observe a no- solution manager in a Tru... Second, a gas station Maverick is just in front of the entrance and the hotel is just located at...

« No working swimming pool, elevator or air conditioner! I ask for a refund for one day, they said no, they did move us to another room. The next room air conditioner was better! »
