« L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport et proche d'une zone commerciale pour les repas. Mais refusez la Chambre 330 : vue de la fenêtre sur 2 horribles modules de climatisation très très bruyants. De plus pas de ménage ni changement de serviette pour 2 nuits consécutives...
Caution de 50$ pour 2 nuits recréditée sur notre carte plie poil 1 mois après la 1ere nuit passée à Phoenix !! Très pratique qd on est déjà rentré en France ! C'est le seul hôtel qui ne nous a pas rendu la caution...

« One of the elevators wasn’t working right to get to the lobby. You had to push the button to the service side of the ground floor and then hope the button to the lobby would work.
They did not serve breakfast this morning because of low occupancy. I have literally never heard of this and when it’s an advertised, included amenity in your stay, they need to provide it whether there is one person or if they’re full. »
