I felt very safe in the surrounding neighborhood even when walking alone late at night. The host was very responsive and the space was clean. Would absolutely stay here again“

„The pictures do not do this property justice. The three story home has 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with luxurious bathrooms. The main bedroom and the living room has a small patio and then there's a rooftop seating area that is an excellent spot for gazing at the Houston night skyline. The quiet area is gated off a not too busy street in a beautiful neighborhood. We did have a couple of issues upon our arrival but the hosts were on top of it and had it resolved the next day. „This was my second time to this house as it is one of my favorites in visiting the University of Houston. The location and layout of the house is perfect for spending time with my college student. We love the big couch and catching up on all our favorite shows. We used the kitchen to have a home cooked meal together. The wifi is very fast as I was able to work while they took their last finals. We will be returning for many more visits.“

„We left the location after 2 minutes. There are no curtains to darken the room. The bed is too small for two (at least for us), no space for a suitcase… The responsible person there was kind and helpful and promised to pass on out critics and that at least a partial refund would be possible. „Excellent. Everything I needed for a weeklong work trip when I was not going out to any restaurants and needed to be able to cook all my own food. The bed is not the comfiest but it was fine. WiFi connection was excellent. It was clean as well. The host is extremely responsive. “
