„Our room at the Furness Mansion was spotlessly clean, tricked out with everything we could imagine needing for small meals (fridge, coffee pot, coffee, a few plates/bowls/utensils), a bidet!, well-appointed bathroom and shower, and comfy beds and linens. We loved being close to the Dunes National Park. A lovely place to stay for an evening or two.“

We stayed for 4 days and not once our room was cleaned, bedding was not changed in spite of our multiple requests or complaints. Garbage cans never emptied.We have to go down to ask for towels and bathroom supplies. Have ever heard of hotel policy that they only clean the room after 3 days of stay. „Wir haben für 3 erwachsene ein Zimmer für Behinderte Menschen bekommen, dass heist 2 kleine Betten . So was nicht in der Beschreibung, aber als ich an die Rezeption nachgefragt hätte um einen Wechsel hat es reibungslos funktioniert.“
„The only issue that we saw was the men's bathroom up the ramp in the hallway near the check in. My husband went to use it and he said it was awful. It looked like homeless had been in there. He came out right away. We found another bathroom. He thinks because it is tucked away from the desk it is easy for people to use it.“
