„We stayed one night and realized that the air conditioner was frozen up with ice. I sent a text to the manager about it and he responded within a couple minutes. He came right over to take care of it. Very prompt and polite. The only negative thing was we found a dirty sock in the bathroom under the floorboard radiator that was not ours.
