« The location and property design are great. The hosts have everything that we needed for our visit. The lake view is fantastic and we saw northern lights 2 out of 3 nights. Home had a charcoal grill and fire pit we used several times. We didn’t get to use the kayaks so that’ll have to be next time. A few minute drive to the center of town with several good restaurants. Definitely would rent this place again. »

« This house was better than described in the listing! Clean, beautiful location, amazing view. We had teens, preteens and toddlers. We loved the kayaks, fire pit, and all the board games. We rented a pontoon boat from Boom and Chain rentals one day and played on the lake, it was SO MUCH FUN! I highly recommend this house »

« I 've been traveling to the Moosehead region since a child, orginally from Maine, stayed at various locations, this one was a true gem. Everything was perfect. Warm and comfortable atmosphere, easy access to main roads and trails, plenty of space to park car, trailer, and suv. All amenities you could hope for, immediate response from Sean when we had a question. Easy lake access and beautiful location. »

« We woke up to spectacular views of the lake and went to sleep after seeing a sky full of stars. This is a warm, clean cabin with all the necessities of home with the exception of WiFi. While the tv works, I couldn’t get any channels on it, however, this is the type of place where we unplugged and unwound!!! Short backwoods drive to Gulf Hagas for a great hike and 10 minutes to Greenville and Moosehead Lake. Highly recommended!!! »

Very peaceful setting with a deck and seating down by the lake for reading as well as one attached to the house for morning coffee. Several excellent restaurants just a few minutes away.
