„The property sits in a very nice environment. Service was quite different by department. Breakfast service was great, personal customer oriented and very friendly. Reception desk at times confused. The bar closes at 11pm, that's ok, but having the area 5mins later cleared by security is competely overdone. As the area is so nice, the hotel is frequently used for weddings (4 weddings on one weekend!). That`s a stress for the staff and for the other guests. The quiet environment is not as quiet ...

„Excellent service, ambience and cleanliness. This hotel has a small footprint, making it easy to maneuver and cozy, yet elegant and relaxing. Running alongside the hotel is the Erie Canal with a lovely walking and bike path and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the peaceful view. This is a place to stay when you want repose.
